  Kid's working the store with no customer service skills. Got email saying my item is ready for pickup. So went to pickup and no item. Instead of trying to figure something out and helping me they said and did nothing. I had to call head office on my cell phone(who were very helpful) and they proceeded to call the store I was in. They both stood there while phone was ringing and ignored it.I then told them it was the head office probably and they should pick up. They did reluctantly and had attitude with there own customer service. Anyway problem was solved no thanks to them and I got my item the next day.

  I am always happy withe the service I get at the source. I was in the store to return exchange an item I highly recommend their protection plan I also had some questions about upgrading my phone. Adam helped me and he was awesome, his product knowledge is well worth the time to know what you are getting for your money. I had a lot of questions and Adam was very patient with me. Support local.

  I happened to be in the store when Sandor Alex Fazekas was, and his story is completely askew. He came in with an email that said one item from his order was ready (his TV hadn’t arrived yet), and when he was told this, he asked if he could “just have” a larger TV of a different brand and higher picture quality instead. Obviously the staff said that wasn’t an option. He then asked to take another customers order of the same model, which was denied due to a serial number concern( and I’d assume common sense). So when that was said and done, he asked for head office’s number after berating the employee for something out of their control. He then stormed out and returned after 5 minutes saying “you’re about to get a call you’re not going to like” while the staff helped the lineup of people that were in the store. Not wanting to stop helping the in store customers they were already serving, they didn’t get the phone. Upon picking up, they respectfully dealt with the customer service rep, who they informed of the situation. I was quite upset to see them have to put up with this man who clearly can’t read his emails. When they read the email back to him it specifically said “one of your items is ready”. So to sum up what I witnessed, he came in after having misread something, tried to scam a larger TV out of them, tried to take another customers order, then called head office to report them for something they clearly can’t control, and has taken to google reviews to write even more false information about the staff. I hope this 5 star review cancels his out completely, and I’m sorry it’s all I can do to help after they had to deal with this inconvenience of a person.

  Bell owns the source now and has put alot of sales quota pressure on staff that was not geared towards sales previously.

  Good service, if there are enough people. Remember though, they are trained to sell you phones as a priority
