  I've been seeing Kristi for years now and she is the best massage therapist ever! :) She always makes me feel better when my headaches are at their worst. The rest of the staff are always so nice and welcoming!

  My daughter and I met with Dr. Kira and had a consultation for the ADHD treatment program offered by Shift. That went well and we made an appointment to do her intake assessment which would be 90 minutes. I booked a vacation day at work to be able to attend this appointment. I received a phone call the day before to tell me there had been some confusion and I was booked in for a 60 minute appointment instead of a 90 and they would have to reschedule. I explained that I had taken the day off work and asked if we could at least complete part of the appointment as I was still booked in for 60 minutes. I was told no. They said I would have to call back and rebook. I called back three times since then and each time I was told "I'll have to check with (different name each time) and wee when we can fit you in, can I give you a call back?" No one ever calls back. It's been months now and we are forced to look elsewhere for treatment. My daughter deserves better than this.

  I’ve been seeing Kristi for just over a year now and she is the best RMT I’ve seen to date... and I’ve seen a lot! She is super friendly and fun, but most of all, never fails to make my back feel it’s best. Highly recommend Kristi to anyone needing an awesome massage!
