    I've been with this agent since he firsted opened ... always good service! I hate paying for insurance but at least I am kept up to date with changes and the staff always return my phone calls. Claim process wasn't bad with State Farm either. Over the years I've also used them for loans & mutual funds ... less pressure and hassel then dealing with my bank.

    This guy is actually like dealing with the State Farm guy in the commercial ... where you sing the song and he shows up to save you from your personal crisis. Staff has always been friendly ... I've tried to deal with call centres but they can't compete with the personal service you get from a local agent.

    This used to be a great place unfortunately Steve has a pretty miserable staff member who doesn't know how to do her job. Always thinks she's right when she has no clue what real customer service is or how to be productive in her job
