  Have been eating at DQ locations throughout the province for a long time. Today I ordered 3 Crispy Flamethrower wraps and they didn’t want to make more chicken strips so they cut a piece of crispy chicken in half (doesn’t taste anywhere near the same) but I was in the drive thru and didn’t notice til I got home!

  We waited to place our order--order came quickly, but table were dirty-- so sticky the serviettes would stick to the tables---10 other people eating at this time--at 7.55 the lights were turned off, telling us it was time to go home.--When asked why the lights were turned off, we were told they were aloud to do that because they close at 8 oclock. They refused to turn the lights back on at first when asked by another customer. Finally after a second customer complained they turned the lights on at 7.59 and one attendant said--you can still see to eat.

  Very slow service, grandsons hotdog buns was stale and came with NO ketchup or mustard.

  Food was good. Service was friendly. The washrooms horrendous. Got there at 11:45 a.m. and women's washroom garbage were full. Disgusting. Obviously not cleaned from the day before. Husband said the men's washroom smelled awful.

  I came here once about 4 years ago and I remembered it looked like the one in Orangeville in the 90s/00s! Still not updated and just dirty. This has nothing to do with what happened though

  I asked the attendant if she could give me the managers name and I was told I( the customer) would have to look it up.

  Absolutely Garbage, the staff was friendly but the food took 20 minutes to get, I only ordered chicken strips, sure they were good but really? 20 minutes? I had a 15 minute break and I could have made a sandwich in the time it took them, would never come back again, and don't spend money at this restaurant

  The Flamethrower burger tasted of nothing, not even a hint of Jalapeno and was the worst burger I have had in years. The wife's crispy Chicken sandwich was soggy in flavourless.

  I could not find anywhere in the store where there was any notification of the managers name and all the attendants were told not to give it out.
