    If there is an option to speak to the branch it's well hidden if you do not have an extension, and if you do not have an existing bank card then you will just be talking to a robot until the robot hangs up on you..

    Have been trying to get in touch with the branch. Got to an automated response and have been going around in circles..

    Nice tellers, easy enough to find parking, no complaints here!

    Trying to talk to a rep at the bank by phone is a frustrating moment of time. The automation robot is a waste of time. After I followed the promps and gave my account number the line went to a busy signal.
