  Opening times indicated that they were open until 6pm. Yet, unwilling to take a customer 10 minutes prior to posted closing time. Hummm ... that doesn't happen @ Walmart or nearby restaurants. Many local establishments need clients. They need to be willing to service those customers in the door before closing time. Very frustrating situation.

  Tried getting a rushed haircut for a funeral, called to ensure they were open...had a spot for me... Lady on the phone was very rude, even when that was explained. I guess her going home was more important. Anyway i asked if they would be able to do it... If they could squeeze me in. She refused to answer and just said it was first come first serve. I imagine rushed bookings/taking reservations would BE AN ACTUAL PART of maintaining a barbershop...haircutters...whatever. But i guess common customer service doesnt marter.
