Food is excellent. I usually get the Montreal Club which is fantastic! My only negative is that the exhaust hood for their cooking equipment is either not working right or at all. You can notice the cooked grease smell in the air and after you leave it lingers on your clothes for a few hours. Not the most appetizing odour.

Also, ask for lightly buttered toast. Ours was sopping in butter. Gross.

Great spot for breakfast! Comfortable surroundings, hot decaf at the ready, and real food prepared in a timely manner. No deep fried frozen stuff here...my breakfast special was served piping hot with real potatoes, rye bread with a caraway kick and homemade raspberry jam that's just spot on. Keep up the great work!

All this being said, we would still visit again in hopes a high chair will be available.

Decent spot with decent food and decent prices (not poor, not amazing). We had our 2yr old with us and they didn't have a high chair. After asking to pass along a suggestion to the manager to get a high chair for future visits with people bringing young ones we were told that it's been suggested before and they're not interested in getting one. They said "we don't get kids here very much." Well, you had one today and life would have been much easier for everyone if our kid had a high chair. Every single restaurant everywhere these days should have a high chair.

They offer gluten and dairy free options when getting coffee and breakfast. The homemade jam is deliciously sweet. First breakfast choice whenever I'm in town.
