  One of the most beautiful coffee shops in Ontario. Much less busy than anywhere in Guelph. Top quality coffee, tea and snacks. I drive from Guelph for this place.

  Excellent interior, neat theme centred around the old vault. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, delicious coffee, only real negative is what some of the other reviews have said, service could be a little bit quicker. Will definitely be returning, and this place is a very welcome addition to Fergus.

  Beautiful space, lots of seating, friendly service, and a great chai latte! Glad you're in Fergus! Downside: most tables are at a very awkward height for working on a laptop. A coat tree or hooks would be helpful when you're sitting at the bar since the stools are backless.

  I was excited about The Vault opening so I went there to study like I do at other coffee shops. On entering I saw beautiful features everywhere: from the sculpted vault ceiling to the crisp lily bouquets. The music was on at a good level to dispel times of quiet and not override conversations. I didn't order right away but looked at the prices and saw that they were pretty average prices for a coffee shop (lower than Starbucks, but higher than Timmies). On sitting down at a table I was instantly less excited. The table to chair height may work if you just need it for setting your coffee down but to study you have to lean down. On top of that I had to put my laptop on the chair beside me to have enough room for my book on the table. The other options for seating are a large table (seats six) or bar stools at a tall counter. The counter would be nice (facing the windows) but they had the same chair to table height :(. I felt that it was also very noisy at times. The vault ceiling may be a detriment. When I did order, the service was incredibly slow. The coffee muffin and latte were delicious though! Final verdict: great for visiting with a friend (don't have to wait because they bring the food to you) but not for studying or reading.

  Nice little place. Quite cozy. Perfect for a chat with a friend. Will be 5 stars but service was a little slow (quality isn't always fast). A better food choice would be nice. Closing at 5:00 is a tad early if you want to meet up with a friend for a "catch-up" and a coffee after work. What a good start to a great place. I will update in a month or two.
