  Extremely friendly staff, quality food and decent service speeds given the number of customers. Enjoy going here above most other McDonalds because of the cleanliness and staff.

  Not bad, a bit slow, and the kiosk was missing paper. Chicken nuggets were hot as we're the fries, and soft drink had right balance of syrup to soda. All in all quite good. Setup inside is strange though. Order kiosks are on the pickup side, and almost in the dining area.

  Pretty poor experience. Went to try the all new big Mac with bacon.... didn't get any bacon. Service was slow. Lots of staff wandering around aimlessly. One of the Management swearing and cursing very loud for all to hear.

  If she did not understand me maybe she could have said “sorry I couldn’t understand your order or sorry can you repeat that? Instead she blatantly ignored me even though I was waiting for her response. And her reaction is what set me off, I told her I will never come here again.

  Food was done well but I found the service was pretty slow. I was there on a Friday afternoon around lunch time. It was fairly crowded and the parking lot was busy. That being said I do believe this location is the only McDonald's in Fergus so that may have something to do with it.

  1. I’ve had my order messed up many times but that hasn’t stopped me from coming back because I know how stressful the food industry can be and it’s a simple mistake. I understand people make mistakes...

  To the owner of this location, maybe you should get a mystery shopper or even go yourself to the drive through and experience it for yourself. Both times it was a female worker and it was later in the evening this incident occurred a few weeks back after 9pm.

  2. I came later in the evening when it was not busy at all or so it seemed because there was only 1 car ahead of me and no 1 behind me... I was waiting in line for over 4 min behind the vehicle and I realized the customer in front of me was probably a friend of the McDonald’s worker because they were having a full out conversation, the worker sticks her head out the window and looks over to me who was already waiting for 5 min, and then proceeds to carry on her conversation. I wait for literally another 5 minutes, so I left. Maybe it was me but I don’t think it’s right to wait for more than 10 min in line and not even be told it may take “longer than usual.”
